About the event
Join Veggielution for a family-friendly community gathering 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday March 7th. We will have a special read a loud of Together, A Forest in honor of the Silicon Valley Reads theme, Bridges to Belonging.
The theme for March is pollinators. Pollinators are nature’s ultimate bridge-builders, and this month we’ll learn how their work sustains us all. There will be hands-on activities and learning experiences around this theme.
All activities are free of cost and open to everyone. The day includes volunteer opportunities on the farm, wellness activities like Zumba and yoga, and the chance to purchase fresh, local, organically grown vegetables.
Schedule:
9am: Yoga (adults)
10am: Meditation (adults)
11am: Reading Together, A Forest in the youth garden (families)
11:30: Zumba (adults)
